Hyo Jeong Shin is a partner at SOMA Law with extensive experience in international arbitration, having successfully represented clients in high-stakes cases involving M&A, construction, IP, procurement, and cross-border disputes. She also advises on overseas litigation, international inheritance matters, virtual asset M&A transactions, and athlete contract disputes, serving both inbound and outbound clients.
Ms. Shin is the first Korean attorney appointed as Co-Chair of the Arb40 Subcommittee of the International Bar Association Arbitration Committee. She was named a “Top 40 Under 40” and “Future Star” by Benchmark Litigation, and recognized as a “Rising Star” in international arbitration by Legal Times.
Her prior experience includes in-house legal counsel roles at SK Innovation and SK Geocentric. She is a registered international arbitration specialist by the Korean Bar Association and fluent in Korean, English, and Japanese.
She holds an LL.M. from UC Berkeley School of Law, a J.D. from Seoul National University School of Law, and dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Economics from Yonsei University (summa cum laude).

Prior to founding ALLSALE, he served as CEO of Formula Labs, where he led the development of AimDrop, a Web3-based on-chain marketing solution recognized at the Solana SummerCamp Hackathon. He also worked as a Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS), leading big data infrastructure projects for global clients such as Samsung Electronics, focusing on technologies like AWS Lake Formation, Glue, Redshift, and Athena.
Mark began his journey as a developer, building backend systems and community platforms in Korea. He was also a Google Developer Student Clubs Lead, actively growing the ML and cloud ecosystem in Busan.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Big Data from Pusan National University, and studied entrepreneurship at UC Berkeley through a summer exchange program.

She has led or supported deals in over 20 startups including Wincl, Orbicle Bio, GeoGrid, Hopae, and Beaubble, and manages a portfolio that includes successful exits like Spoon Radio and Publy.
Previously, she served as Investment Strategy Manager and Investment & Legal Associate at 500 Global, overseeing regulatory compliance, fund operations, and LP relations, while also leading ecosystem-building initiatives with institutions like MSS, TIPS, and KVCA. She played a key role in driving U.S. market entry and cross-border investment strategies for Korean startups.
Blaire’s career began in law, with roles at A-PART Law, AB InBev, and the Korean Government Legal Service, where she specialized in corporate law, M&A, and regulatory strategy.
